Hi, I’m Lilo.  Full-time professional by day, Lagree instructor and fitness enthusiast by… also day (and sometimes night). 

I’m obsessed with all things movement — whether it’s pushing through a killer Lagree class, testing the latest workout gear, or finding the perfect balance between sweat and self-care. This little corner of the internet is where I share the things that keep me inspired. From workout clothes that make you feel unstoppable to skincare rituals that bring you back to calm.

Think of this as your space for all things wellness, balance, and good vibes,  because a healthy lifestyle should feel as good as it looks.

My Story

So far

My fitness journey started years ago, back when I had never really set foot in a gym. I decided to take a few workout classes just to get stronger and signed up for a local barre studio (they had an amazing student discount, so naturally I was all in). I took every class I could and quickly fell in love with the feeling of moving my body — but after about two years, I was ready for something new. That’s when I switched to a boxing and kickboxing gym, and eventually, around 2022, I added Lagree to the mix… and haven’t looked back since.

When the pandemic hit, I found myself stuck in a job that didn’t feel right for me. Normally I would’ve just quit, but in the middle of so much uncertainty, I tried to be responsible — applying for jobs left and right, hoping something would click. When it didn’t, I took a step back and asked myself what truly made me happy. The answer was clear: working out.

I started researching training programs and ways to turn my passion into something more. That’s when I saw a Lagree instructor certification course being offered at my local studio. I signed up, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Teaching Lagree has completely changed the way I see fitness — it’s not just about strength, but about balance, confidence, and connection.

This blog is a space to share everything that fuels that passion — the workouts I love, the wellness routines that keep me grounded, and the lifestyle moments that bring it all together. Whether you’re here for fitness tips, Lagree inspo, or just a little motivation to move and feel good, I’m so glad you’re here.
